0.5 oz egg whites (pasteurized)
0.5 oz Cacao Water
0.75 oz simple syrup
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
1.5 oz Four Roses or Jim Beam Bourbon
1 cup ice
1. Without ice, shake all ingredients in a shaker tin roughly 7 times to froth the egg whites.
3. Open the shaker tin, add ice, shake another 7 times.
4. Strain into a cocktail coupe.
5. Add garnish to the rim of the coupe glass.
