Cacao Beans Granola Snacks

If you, like so many others, became a fan of Blue Stripes Whole Cacao Granola - discover this amazing on the go treat! Made with every part of the whole cacao - shell flour, fruit and beans.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups pitted medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup cacao pulp
  • 2 tbsp cacao sugar (can substitute with coconut sugar or organic brown sugar)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 2 tsp 100% chocolate chips
  • 1 ¼ cup Blue Stripes Granola or your favorite granola.
  • To coat: 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend together.

2. Once combined, roll into balls using your hands. Slightly wet hands will help with rolling.

3. Place the shredded coconut in a separate bowl and roll every ball in until it is all coated evenly.

4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
