1 ½ cups pitted medjool dates
1/4 cup 100% cacao fruit
2 tbsp cacao sugar (can substitute with coconut sugar or organic brown sugar)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp cacao nibs
2 tsp 100% chocolate chips
1 ¼ cup whole cacao granola or your favorite granola.
To coat: 1/4 cup shredded coconut
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend together.
4. Once combined, roll into balls using your hands. Slightly wet hands will help with rolling.
5. Place the shredded coconut in a separate bowl and roll every ball in until it is all coated evenly.
7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
