0.25 oz simple syrup
0.25 oz fresh lime juice
0.75 oz pineapple juice
0.75 oz Cacao water
1.5 oz coconut milk
1.5 oz El Dorado 3 yr. White Rum
0.5 oz El Dorado 12 yr. Dark Rum
1 cup ice
1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker except for the White and Dark Rum.
2. Add ice, shake and strain into hurricane glass.
4. Add ice and top with both kind of Rum.
*Adding the Rum at this stage is called a "float". It adds a final touch and delicious blend of both varieties of Rum. You can garnish with a pineapple wedge.
