Iced Chocolate

Usually made with instant cocoa powder and lost all the unbelievable dessert qualities of this rich beverage that sometimes feels like a pure melted chocolate ice cream in a glass.

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (can substitute with any other milk)
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate or dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp 100% chocolate
  • 3 cups ice


1. In a small pot bring milk and salt to a simmer.

2. Place chocolates in a measuring cup.

3. Pour the hot liquid over the chocolates.

4. Blend and cool completely.

5. When cold, place in a blender and add 1 ½ cup ice. Blend on high for a few seconds until everything is well blended.

6. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
