1 ¼ cup oats
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup 100% chocolate chips
1/4 cup dried cacao fruit
2 tbsp cacao nibs
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup 100% natural maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3-5 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (can substitute with any other milk)
1. In a food processor combine all the dry ingredients.
4. Add in the natural peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla. If the mixture is too dry after mixing, slowly add the almond milk.
5. With a spoon, scoop and roll between your hands. Slightly wet hands will help with rolling.
6. Place the balls in a container and once they are all rolled, place in the refrigerator to chill for about 20 minutes.
