1 cup unsweetened almond milk (can substitute with any other milk)
pinch of salt
1 tsp stevia
1/2 cup 100% chocolate chips
1 ¼ cup vegan, sugar-free ice cream
1. In a small pot bring milk salt and stevia to a simmer.
2. Add chocolate, stir, and cool completely.
3. Once the mixture is cold, place it in a blender and add 1 ¼ cup vegan ice cream. Blend on high for a few seconds until everything is well blended.
4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
