Most Mochas you can find are made with chocolate syrup or cocoa powder instead of letting those to amazing beans collaborate and use only the purest form of chocolate - 100% cacao - and a delicious light roasted espresso for a fruity finish. Here's the ONLY mocha recipe allowed for true mocha lovers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (can substitute with any other milk)
  • 1 shot double espresso
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbsp 100% chocolate
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate

Directions

1. In a small pot bring milk and salt to a simmer.

2. Make a double shot of espresso into the mug, add chocolates.

3. Pour the liquid over the espresso and stir.
* Add ice to make it an iced latte, or blend to make a frappe.
