1. In a saucepan over low heat, heat the coconut milk, sugar crystals, chocolate chips and peanut butter.
2. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla extract and salt.
3. Pour into the popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
4. For an upgraded treat, you can melt more chocolate, drizzle it on the frozen popsicle and sprinkle on your favorite toppings. Goes very well with cacao nibs!
