1 can full fat organic coconut milk
1 ½ tbsp cacao fruit sugar (can substitute with coconut sugar or organic brown sugar)
3/4 cup 70% chocolate chips
3 tbsp natural peanut butter
Drop of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt Optional
100% chocolate melted
toasted cacao nibs
1. In a saucepan over low heat, heat the coconut milk, sugar crystals, chocolate chips and peanut butter.
2. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla extract and salt.
3. Pour into the popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
5. For an upgraded treat, you can melt more chocolate, drizzle it on the frozen popsicle and sprinkle on your favorite toppings. Goes very well with cacao nibs!
