- 1 1/2 cups almond milk (can substitute with any other milk)
- 3 pouches fresh cacao fruit, frozen
- 1 tbsp unsweetened organic & natural cacao powder
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 5 pitted medjool dates
- 1 tsp cacao fruit sugar (can substitute with coconut sugar or organic brown sugar)
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- Spices (optional but recommended): 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg, 1/8 tsp ground cloves, 1/8 tsp ground cardamom, 1/8 tsp ground ginger
1. Place all ingredients in a blender on high speed for a minute or two until you reach a smooth and frothy texture.
