Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk (can substitute with any other milk)
  • 3 pouches fresh cacao fruit, frozen
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened organic & natural cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 5 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 tsp cacao fruit sugar (can substitute with coconut sugar or organic brown sugar)
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • Spices (optional but recommended): 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg, 1/8 tsp ground cloves, 1/8 tsp ground cardamom, 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 handful ice

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender on high speed for a minute or two until you reach a smooth and frothy texture.

2. Transfer to a glass and enjoy a delicious powerful healthy smoothie.
