4. BLUE STRIPES? WHAT’S IN THAT NAME THAT DOESN’T MAKE ANY SENSE FOR A CHOCOLATE STORE?
This is probably the strongest memory from the times I was a chocolate apprentice in Paris, dreaming of making my own brand so that I can finally express my explosive personality that wanted so much to share the whirlwind of ideas I have had in my head.
Tito, I want to tell you my story, the story you’ve already heard from so many people, but can never experience, see, taste, the way other people can. I want to tell you that we have to create, because in the end all we remember is beauty. I want to tell you that a friendship can remain true forever only if it begins with innocence. I want you to know that I’m not sad, because I was the one who said, back when I was your age, that I’d give anything to have my life be a story to tell.
1. THE GUY ON THE BIKE
That’s me. 25 years ago I went out on a chocolate journey without really planning it.
3. THE CACAO SHOP
ABOUT THE GUY ON THE BIKE, THE LITTLE GIRL & THE CACAO SHOP
