After founding the chocolate 80-store empire Max Brenner, Oded Brenner craved a change. He had begun to see the horrendous waste of the chocolate industry, which was discarding hundreds of millions of pounds of nutritious cacao fruit every year.

In 2022, After 3 years of kitchen experimentation, Oded launched Blue Stripes. Granolas and trail mixes made with the entire cacao pod, Cacao Water made by cold-pressing the sweet fruit of cacao, and delicious snacks with all of the nutritional benefits that cacao has to offer.
